On The Grow, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to making the Microgreen Tracker application ("the Service") usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, keyboard-only navigation, and browser zoom.
1. Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines are the widely recognized standard for making web content more accessible. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work to improve the Service over time rather than treating conformance as a one-time task.
2. Current status
The Service is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the standard. We are actively identifying and addressing areas that fall short.
3. Measures we take
Steps we take to support accessibility include:
- Designing color combinations to meet minimum contrast ratios for text and controls.
- Conveying status and meaning through text and shape, not color alone (for example, tray stages show a label and a distinct icon, not just a color).
- Supporting keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators for interactive controls.
- Providing text labels for buttons, form fields, and images used by assistive technology.
- Respecting the operating system "reduce motion" preference for animations.
- Using semantic landmarks and a "skip to content" link to speed up navigation.
- Running automated accessibility checks as part of our development process.
4. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. Certain complex, data-dense screens and third-party components may not yet fully meet every WCAG 2.1 AA criterion. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us using the contact details below so we can prioritize a fix.
5. Feedback and reporting a barrier
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Service. If you experience a barrier, or need information in a different format, please contact us and include the page or screen where you ran into the issue, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology, browser, and device you were using. This helps us reproduce and resolve the problem quickly. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
