This Refund Policy applies to the OnTheGrow MicrogreenTracker application ("the Service") operated by On The Grow, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). It describes how we handle refunds and returns for subscriptions and any paid features within the app. Please read it before subscribing or making a payment.
We do not offer returns or refunds for the Service. All subscription fees and payments for premium features are final. This applies to:
By subscribing or making a payment, you agree to this no-refund policy. We encourage you to use any free trial or preview options before committing to a paid plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the platform through which you subscribed. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period or any period already paid for. Access continues until the end of the paid period, then ends.
If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice for the same period, or that a charge does not match what you agreed to, please contact us right away at info@onthegrow.net with your account email and a brief description. We will look into it and respond within a reasonable time. This does not change our general no-refund policy for normal subscription use.

If you subscribe or pay through a third party (e.g., the Apple App Store or Google Play), that platform’s payment and refund rules apply to your purchase. Refund requests for those purchases must be made through the platform. Our no-refund policy still applies to the Service itself once a payment has been completed through any channel.
